How it works

For Warranty Returns Within 30 days of Purchase:

Advanced Replacement Service: PCW will immediately ship a replacement unit or part to customer via UPS Ground Service. In some rare cases that the replacement part is not in stock, PCW will ship the replacement unit* / part as soon the part is available.

Estimate Transit Time:

PCW will ship a replacement unit* to customer via UPS Ground Service.

For Warranty Replacement After 30 days of Purchase:

Standard Replacement Service: Customer needs to insure and ship back the defective unit to PCW via any traceable shipping method (UPS / Fedex / Airborne Express). PCW will at its option, repair or replace the defective unit. The turn-around-time for repair and replacment unit is about 2-3 business days. PCW will ship the repaired or replaced unit* back to customer via UPS Ground Service.
